Which types of files does Thryv’s document storage software support?

Thryv can accept most common file types such as text documents, images, spreadsheets, pdfs, gifs, and zip files. There are some types of files that Thryv cannot store, including video, audio, mp4, ogg, .html, .xhtml, .htmlx, .dhtml, .jhtml, .phtml, .rhtml, .zhtml, .mhtml, .js, .css, .sass, .scss. However, if you can compress your files into a zip file folder, you can upload the zip file to Thryv document storage.

Is it possible to upload more than one document at once?

Yes. You can upload multiple documents from within Thryv, and your clients upload multiple documents at the same time via the Client Portal.
